1. What is a CASHlib Voucher?
The CASHlib voucher is a voucher based payment scheme that enables you to make online payments without the need for credit or debit cards. The CASHlib payment scheme uses a CASHlib voucher code which is individually encoded and is issued in exchange for cash for the par value of the denomination amount as stated on the CASHlib voucher. ?
2. How do I get CASHlib Vouchers?
CASHlib voucher codes are distributed by CASHlib or companies who have contracted with CASHlib as business partners (a "Business Partner"). A list of Business Partners from whom you can acquire CASHlib vouchers is set out on the CASHlib website (www.CASHlib.com). ?
3. Where can I spend CASHlib Vouchers?
At any "Participating Merchant" website. A Participating Merchant is a business that has a contract with CASHlib and that has integrated with the CASHlib payment scheme and operates under the CASHlib scheme rules. A list of Participating Merchants is set out on the CASHlib website (www.CASHlib.com). ?
4. Who can spend and how do you spend CASHlib Vouchers?
Only you can spend your CASHlib voucher code online and you must not transfer or assign (as a gift or otherwise) the voucher code to any third party. ?When you present a valid CASHlib voucher code for payment at a Participating Merchant website or on the CASHlib website, CASHlib provides an online validation of the code enabling your payment to be confirmed. If the value of your CASHlib voucher code is greater than the transaction you are using it to pay for, you may be entitled to receive a “change” voucher. However, you will only receive this if the Participating Merchant you have submitted your CASHlib voucher code to, has agreed with us that it will provide CASHlib change vouchers. ?
If the Participating Merchant has not agreed to provide this facility, you will only be able to spend your CASHlib voucher if the face value is exactly equal to the amount of payment to the Participating Merchant. Where this is not the case the merchant will decline to accept your voucher for payment. This will not affect the value of your voucher. ?You can manage your CASHlib vouchers by registering with "CASHlib Tools" on our website (www.CASHlib.com). This will, for example, allow you to ask us to issue you with separate vouchers, with smaller face values, in exchange for a larger voucher at no cost (provided you do so on or before the Use By Date as described in paragraph 5 of this summary).
5. How long are CASHlib Voucher codes valid for?
A CASHlib voucher code is valid for 12 months from the date you receive it from CASHlib or a Business Partner (the "Issue Date").
1. The date you must use your CASHlib voucher code by is called the “Use by Date" and is shown on your voucher. If you do not use your CASHlib voucher code on or before this date your agreement will terminate and you will no longer be able to use your code.
You are still entitled to a refund after the Use By Date provided the voucher has not been used, or invalidated (see clause 9.2 of the terms and conditions set out after this summary), and there are funds available after any applicable fees have been deducted.
After the Use By Date a monthly charge of £2/ 2€ per month will apply and will be deducted from the balance of your CASHlib voucher.
Your refund may also be subject to a redemption fee of £15/ 15€.
Paragraph 12 of this summary sets out further information about when the redemption fee applies. Paragraph 13 of this summary sets out further information about when the monthly charge applies.

7. Can I cancel my CASHlib Voucher and get a refund?
You may cancel your valid CASHlib voucher code within 14 days of the date you have received it from us or from a Business Partner, at no cost provided it is unused. ?After this point you can still ask for a refund, however, a redemption fee of £15/ 15€ fee may apply that will reduce the amount you receive (see paragraph 12 of this summary for further details of when the redemption fee will apply). ?Also see clause 8 (Refunds & Fees) of the terms and conditions set out after this summary for further details.
