About the Role
We are looking for a Financial & Accounting Senior Analyst to support our financial operations and provide clear, data-driven insights. You will build financial models, analyse revenues and costs, ensure accurate accounting entries, and contribute to monthly closings and reporting.
You will also manage reconciliations, support audits, and work closely with Product, Operations, and Compliance to improve processes and data accuracy. Your work will help the company monitor performance, optimise margins, and maintain strong financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis
- Build financial models, forecasts and performance dashboards.
- Analyse revenues, transaction volumes, processing costs, and profitability.
- Support pricing analysis, cost optimization and margin tracking.
- Produce monthly FP&A reports and provide insights for management.
Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and book general ledger entries (sales, fees, settlements, OPEX).
- Reconcile payment flows, partners settlements, and merchant balances.
- Support monthly and annual closing (P&L, balance sheet, accruals).
- Contribute to audit preparation and financial reporting.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance teams.
- Support improvements in financial processes and data accuracy.
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking or transaction-based businesses is a strong plus.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in an audit firm is required
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Sheets required;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
